Château D’Ollières
Erected for the first time in the 10th century, during the reign of the Carolingians, to protect the road connecting Brignoles to Aix-en-Provence.
Regularly enlarged and consolidated, this fortress protected the Olliérois for more than six centuries. At the end of the 17th century, a new castle was built by the Felix family, one of the great families of Provencal nobility.
Begun in 2003, the revival of Château d’Ollières is the success of two men: Hubert Rouy and his son Charles. They share the same understanding of the land, the same high standards for their wines, the same respect for the history and heritage of their estate. In a word: the same passion!

This rosé is shining proof of the benefits of the climate of Ollières.
The nose is particularly delicious while the mouth, full and lively, keeps the aromatic richness for a long time.
The small peppery note linked to the Grenache invites to associate it with a grilled meat or fish.
