Domaine Coirier Blanc Origine
Historical texts speak of a Roman garrison which founded a small city called “Villa Pixota”, an outpost established in the southern foothills of the Armorican mountains.
Today, the Pissotte vines are naturally exposed along this clay-siliceous fault, slopes of the southern Vendée.
The first estates (lands belonging to abbeys) date from the ninth century.
Rabelais sang the virtues of Vendean wines and Richelieu contributed to their renown: the estates bore the name of the former Cardinal of Fiefs. After 20 years of plot boundaries and records, the Vendéens Fiefs obtained the final recognition for their efforts on February 10, 2011: the AOC Fiefs Vendéens.
There are white, rosé and red wines which are fresh, fruity, light and Spring-like to drink whatever the occasion…

Tasting notes
This white with pale gold tones surprises with its warm nose of ripe pear, white peach and lychees.
Fresh and fruity, full-bodied and round. It keeps an exceptional length in the mouth.
