  Tasting notesLe Dragon has a lovely vermilion colour. The nose is initially fresh, with hints of cherry and raspberry then a riper character emerges on swirling, leaving a very pleasant impression. The attack on the palate is supple and rather tender. Then the wine evolves on the palate with fairly well-coated tannins, which are quite well integrated at this stage. The palate, though averagely long, is mouth-watering and leaves a fine sensation of balance. | Le Dragon De Quintus 2015RedPerched on a promontory, Quintus offers a majestic 360-degree view. Its exceptional terroir includes an incredible diversity of micro-climates and clay-limestone soils, conducive to the finest expressions of the Merlot and Cabernet Franc grape varieties. Le Dragon is the second wine of Château Quintus. The name comes from the statue of the dragon that dominates the magical terroir of Saint-Emilion, perched on the promontory where the estate is located.
