It benefits from the same ultra-modern facilities as its big brother, but the vinification process has been adapted: moderate extraction, shorter vatting time. Barrel ageing is shorter, with a maximum of 30% new oak. Benjamin de Beauregard is designed for immediate enjoyment between 3 and 10 years.
