TYPICAL BLEND	50% Grenache 50% Mourvèdre
VINES	Carignan wines for over 100 years, Grenache with roots plunging into mineral soil, the essential Syrah, Roussanne, Grenache and Mourvèdre. They are planted on marl sandstone and limestone soils.
HARVEST	Hand-picking when maturity is optimal. Sorting when necessary.
ŒNOLOGIST	Laboratoire Dubernet - Benoit Huchin
VINIFICATION	Fermentation over 5 weeks accompanied by pumping over and load shedding. Rigorous control of temperatures during fermentation which take place without added sulphites.
