The domain recently celebrated its 350th anniversary and is reinforced with modern facilities which allow them to diversify the methods of winemaking and to enhance this magnificent terroir.

VINIFICATION | The grapes are placed in temperature-controlled vats for a cold maceration of two to four days, then a controlled fermentation. The intensity of the ventilation and the choice of temperatures are made according to the vintage, to seek harmony, fruit and elegance while having texture and volume upon tasting. |
