VINES | Carignan wines for over 100 years, Grenache with roots plunging into mineral soil, the essential Syrah, Roussanne, Grenache and Mourvèdre. They are planted on marl sandstone and limestone soils. |

VINIFICATION | Carbonic maceration for 4 weeks for the Syrah and Carignan, the Grenache is destemmed and then fermentation for 4 weeks, accompanied by regular pumping over. Rigorous control of temperatures during fermentation which take place without added sulphites. |
