| VINIFICATION |
Carbonic maceration for 4 weeks for the Syrah and Carignan, the Grenache is destemmed and then fermentation for 4 weeks, accompanied by regular pumping over. Rigorous control of temperatures during fermentation which take place without added sulphites. |
