| VINIFICATION |
Winemaking adapted to each vat. Fermentation between 24 °C and 29 °C. Two intelligent sprinklers are used to optimise the extraction of marc and the quality of the tannins. This is followed by a hot post-fermentation maceration (between 24 °C and 28°C).
Running off the presses directly in barrels. |

12 months in French oak barrels. Bonding with egg white after the final blending. |
